The Hoyochi Nikko (pronounced: Ho-yo-chi-ne-ko) is an 18 unit oceanfront condominium complex located on the northwest coast of Maui mid-way between Kaanapali and Kapalua in an area know as Honokowai.

When you first step into Unit 203 the first thing that you will notice is the magnificent view. Unit 203 looks directly out onto the Pacific Ocean and the islands of Molokai and Lanai. Not only do you have the ultimate opportunity for privacy, you will also be very close to all of the many activities that Maui has to offer. At the end of the day, no matter what you choose to do, you can come home to the Hoyochi Nikko, sit on the lanai and enjoy a beautiful sunset.

Unit 203 is a fully furnished 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo with a spiral staircase leading to the second bedroom/loft. Unit 203 can accommodate up to 4 people. The amenities include: a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washer and dryer, linens, large bath towels, beach towels, cable TV, VCR, CD player, bedroom A/C, and a PC desktop computer with high speed DSL connection. A wireless connection is also provided for any laptop computers.

Further, the grounds of the Hoyochi Nikko are beautifully landscaped. There is an oceanfront freshwater pool, a pupu table, lounge chairs and a BBQ grill.  Whether you want a dip in the pool or the ocean, you can have it all at the Hoyochi Nikko.

The living room has a flat panel television and dvd player so you can watch your favorite movie while listening to the ocean waves.

The galley-style kitchen makes it easy to entertain friends and family while cooking your favorite meal or mixing a pitcher of cool drinks.

This loft bedroom overlooks the living space of the condominium and welcomes ocean views and sounds at any hour of the day.

It also features a set of twin mattresses that can be pushed together or spread apart to satisify the specific needs of all possible guests.

This bedroom, located on the main level of the condominium, has a queen size bed that makes "sleeping in" effortless and enjoyable.

A recently renovated bathroom provides guests with comfortable ammenities and convienent storage space.

A computer with DSL internet access is located in the upstairs loft area so that guests can happily send pictures, e-mail, and research other fun things to do on the island of Maui.

The private lanai (balcony) is a place where you can feel as if you are in two places at once: inside and outside.

Not only a great place for sipping coffee, the lanai is a wonderful place to start one's day in Maui.

If guests do not wish to partake in quick, convievent access to the ocean for swimming, an inviting pool is available until the late eveneing hours.

Overlooking the ocean, guests have the best of both worlds!

Pupus are the Hawaiian name for appetizers. On most Thursday evenings, guests gather by the pool around sunset and share Pupus and stories. Everyone is invited!

This new addition to the Hoyochi Nikko is an excellent place to have a low-key dinner.

Unit 203 provides guests with instant access to the ocean. This area of the ocean is "private," meaning that guests will not have to comply with any distraction which could hinder the perfect vacation.

Some guests have mentioned sighting impressive looking sea turtles and colorful fish while snorkeling.

Here, on the grounds, guests have the ideal place to bask in the sunlight or read a book. It is also an excellent spot to take pictures!
