A $500 deposit is required to reserve a unit.
- If paying by check, a deposit must be received within 14 days of arranging the reservation in order to secure your stay.

Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Hawaii State GET/TAT tax is 11.4167%.

If a reservation is created less than 60 days prior to arrival, payment is due in full at the time in which the reservation is arranged.
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

A cancellation made more than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival will be refunded in full, minus a $50 cancellation fee.

A cancellation made less than 60 days prior to schedule arrival will be refunded at 50%, unless the unit can be rebooked. In that case it will be refunded at 100%, minus a $50 cancellation fee.

Guests are responsible for any breakage, soiling, burns, and stains.

All stays less than 7 nights will have a one time surcharge for cleaning.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
